And more importantly, do they both look healthy? Can you tell their gender from the pictures? The white shell I think is a purple pincher and the green shell I thought was an Ecuadorian, but looking at the pictures I'm not too sure anymore.

Both PP's (C. clypeatus). Both look a little pale, which is common for new and smaller crabs. After a couple of moults and a varied diet, they being to colour up nicely.
