Thank you. After ten years, I kind of prepared myself that one day they would go under and run out of energy and just not come back up. But it's still a loss. They are odd little creatures and we do get attached to them.CrabbyLover77 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 11:58 pmAw I'm so very sorry. I'm sure you gave her a full and happy life that she wouldn't have had otherwise. Big hugs for you.

You're welcome. I agree. We can prepare ourselves, but still miss them when they're gone. I've had my Beau for almost 12.5 years, and I still get nervous when he goes under. I hope your other crabbies are doing well.curlysister wrote: Thank you. After ten years, I kind of prepared myself that one day they would go under and run out of energy and just not come back up. The two newbies are so tiny - I forgot how often they molt when that small! One of them is up, but the other is down for like the fourth time since I got them! LOL!

Yeah, it's so crazy how much the tiny ones go under! I'm glad they are doing well too.
I got a small lady from a friend in March of 2023. Not quite the size of a quarter. She said she had her for years. She took her from a beach down in the USVI. Since she's been with me, she's tripled in size and is under all the time!
