Meet the new guys!

Hello Crabbie friends!
I have been using the forum for quite some time, but never really got around to posting.
I have 5 PP's, 3 old fellers, Thor, Caboose and Sarge, and 2 new guys, Dorian and Bull. I adopted them from a healthy home, the son just wasn't putting the time in to care for them. I have a 20G long, and am trying to make some sort of second level but not having a lot of luck.
The New Crabs:

Thor and Dorian having a little greeting. Thor was more interested in Dorian's shell then a new friend, poor Dorian started chirping shortly after this photo and I separated them, that seemed to end it for the time being (that was lastnight)
And I woke up to find Bull in a new shell, which is excellent as the one he arrived in was much too large for him. Sarge is digging around somewhere so I don't have a photo.


And of course, last but never least, Caboose. Who also just got into a new shell today. I always find one shell change seems to prompt others, even if nobody is moving into an abandoned one.

It's so nice to have adopted crabs from a new home instead of a stressed out pet store, Bull has been active all day exploring every inch of the tank. Dorian is a bit more reserved. But the fact that they didn't immediately dig down for a month is a step up!

I have so much to say about my crabs right now its ridiculous, I should have joined years ago XD

My 2 newest came from a local elementary classroom and were taken care of by the teacher super well. One has dug down but the other is just all over the place. He is quite social too. Has no problems being picked up and held.

On a side note, I can't in good conscious name any of my crabs girl names, it seems to curse their first molt with me

I need to stop giving my crabs names with shell in it because Shelby is dead, and I think
Sheldon is dead too.

It's kinda funny (in a not at all ha ha way) how that tends to happen. I always try not to name new pets immediately after aquiring them, in case something happens. But it never works that way and I always end up heartbroken. I'd probably be upset anyways

I'm happy to have a full house though, and its unbelievable that everybody is up and active too *Swoons*

Maybe when I get a bigger crabitat (or finally figure out a level thing) I'll get him some teeny friends. Ahh, a tiny Freckles, that is the dream

How did you start watching red vs blue?

I found out about red vs blue because I'm a halo fan.

And I became a halo fan because star wars abandoned me.

But Star wars is coming back!!

Let me think, must've been when season 6 was airing, I had a friend beg and beg me to watch RvB, and I was like, uhh, that sounds stupid. (I had never played Halo)
Eventually, they successfully got me to watch it and from then on I was hooked with RvB and all things RoosterTeeth.
And got into Halo from there, although I tend to flip flop console wise so no Halo for me this gen.

Edit: I recently spoke to said friend, and they were shocked and awed that I am still a fan and they had no idea RvB was still a thing XD

I know star wars is coming back, but Disney owns star wars now.
And I'm not at good terms with Disney.

Also star wars was already disappointing me before it was sold to Disney.

I don't find stuff like that disappoints me, mostly just amuses, I have zero problem mocking my own fandoms. I mean, you want to talk about messes? RvB is a huge mess! And how it all came together, in terms of later seasons, still blows my mind.
In terms of games though I'm eagerly awaiting the n, that game was amazing.

Disney can be hit and miss, but I'd be impressed if the new trilogy ends up being somehow worse then eps 1-3
Plus, how can you not love BB-8? Seriously, that droid is the cutest!
