Thinking of getting another crab, or two...

I'm feeling impulsive.
I want to get more crabs. I've kept it at a low amount in my 40 gallon for a while and now I think I am ready for another crab. Especially because of Vegas's death. I'm gonna have to get more shells, since a few of my current ones are too small for my shell babies. I don't know. I guess I'm a little scared too. I mean, I've bought new additions before and they've been just fine. My most crazy crab was Vegas and now all of my crabs are docile, but I'm scared that something bad's gonna happen. Like one of my current crabs gets aggressive against the new one or vice versa. Just someone tell me that I have nothing to worry about and that I can chill lol.
Anyway, if I do get some new additions, do you guys have any name suggestions? My theme is city names (Rio, Malibu, Vegas,Angeles) so if you guys have any suggestions, let me know!

Get another crab, even better adopt one!! It's totally normal to be anxious about it especially after a loss but life as a way of working things out! Grab those extra shells you need to get to avoid shell fights and the crabs will figure things out themselves .

And as far as a name suggestion Anna for Annapolis, I'm from Maryland .

Get another crab! You'll be saving them if you adopt, and if you buy you're also giving them an amazing life! I know people get sensitive on buying because you're "supporting the industry" but honestly you're saving them! Good luck with the new babies!

I do have to say, at my local pet store, Country Max (its just a small chain in New York) they take care of their crabbies well for a pet store. They keep their reptiles and fish in one room, where the temp is higher. The crab tank is probably more humid than mine! They have the condensation on the sides of the tank, which even though , my humidity is 80-90, I have never managed to get that! Their substrate is ecoearth, which in about 4 inches deep. They have plenty of safe climbing toys, and even though some of their crabs are in painted shells, a lot of them are in natural ones, but the painted ones probably came like that when they bought them. I can't remember if they have extra shells layed out or not. They feed them sort of good food, they have lettuce and carrots, along with the commercial food. I know all of this stuff isn't ideal but it's great for a pet store!
So that's the place that I'm supporting.

Keep coming with the name suggestions. I like beach places a lot but I'll go with other things as well.

I would say as long as your crabitat conditions can support another crab then go for it! Make sure you have enough room, shells, etc. first though!

Name suggestion from me is Columbus (capital of Ohio, I don't live there but a lot of people do!)
