3 new crabs!

Hi! I picked up my new crabs yesterday from someone who didn't take the best care of them. (all 3 of them were in a 10 gallon with really nasty sponges, not nearly enough burrowing room, painted shells, and a pellet diet) I moved them into by 40 gallon breeder and they seem to be doing pretty good, but they haven't eaten the food I made (strawberry, apple, sunflower seeds, some chia, mealworms, and some eggshell) I was wondering if I should slowly convert them into their new diet or if there is another reason they aren't eating.

it’s normal for new crabs to not be eating right away
i would just give them the best food you have for them and when are ready they will eat it
they need time to adjust to the changes they have just went through
