Why hasn’t she molted? Or has she…

Hello! First time poster here but I’ve been lurking a few months since I got my hermies in June.

I have 3 PP in a 36g bow front a 5g topper. 6” sand eco blend. 2 of them are about medium sized and very very active. Pretty much diurnal really. I’ve never seen them sleep more than a half hour before they’re up and at it again. I got them at the end of June this summer. One of them is just completing its second molt and due to come up any day (just hit 4 weeks) and the other just went down for the second time yesterday. He took 5 weeks to surface the first time instead of 4 like the other and apparently goes longer in between.

The third crab is a different story entirely. She’s so shy, we never really see her at all. She started coming out a little bit more when both of the others molted together the first time but for the most part, we just know she’s alive because sometimes she’s in a different spot. What had me puzzled is she’s half the size of the other two, if that, so I would think she would molt more frequently but I see no evidence she’s molted at all. In 4 months. I’ve never gone more than 3 or so days without seeing her shell resting somewhere. I don’t know what to make of this. Is it possible she molted in place while resting on the surface inside her shell? Can she complete the process in just a few days in between sightings? Is it bad if she’s gone so long without molting? I know she’s eating because food was disappearing when the other two were molting. I have also spotted her a few times when I caught her at just the right time. I assume there’s nothing I can do regardless, I’m just really curious what’s going on!

Thanks :)
