Obviously, he's crazy

After ignoring it for a couple of weeks, then burying it, our largest hermie decided a new turbo we'd put in for him was good after all and he moved from his old murex. So tonight I find him just hanging out. Like this:

He is hanging out, literally! haha I'm loving that beautiful shell he chose, and his ombre- like coloring. You got a really good shot of him. :) My glass is usually so fogged up with condensation that I rarely can get a good pic without opening the lid. I'm jelly.

Would that be the tree pose? That's awesome! Beautiful shell too! We just got our shipment in from Naples and have one like that in our batch:) Hoping our littlest one will finally choose a shell to switch into as well!

Just watching the weird things he does give me the feeling he was an old, fat house cat in a previous life. He looks so much better after his molt. When we first bought him, he was paler and most of his tips were broken. I got this shell at a souvenir shop. It was the biggest they had. I wanted to try to visit that store in Naples until I realized my hotel was 7.5 hours away from where I was staying.
