February 28th, my older hermit crab Dirk, went underground after I changed the look of the tank.
He was gone for a full month, and I started to become concerned about him, but I knew I shouldn’t be too worried!
Today, he just pops back up, acting like nothing ever happened!
Wow, it’s so strange how they do that!

Must have been destressing after being moved to a larger tank. I am just glad he's back!

That's like how my newest crab went down for around 5 months before suddenly appearing. Didn't show any signs of having mooted either
