first crab fight shell related
Hi, im katt, my largest crab was just caught in the act of trying to remove my smallest crab from his shell. They have plenty of shells, different foods and salt and fresh water. i removed my aggressor into a isolation habitat incase hes molting and for him to calm down. Now my victim crab is upside down and hes moving barely but i need to know what i should look for incase he is injured. hes very timid so if i pick him up he will go back into his shell unlike my feisty crab who will rip your fingers off for looking at him. so please what should i look for to tell if my shy crab has gotten injured?

If your small crab isn't missing any limbs, then there may not be any outward signs of injury. We have no way of knowing if there are internal injuries, altho those wouldn't be very likely in this situation. You can give him some higher energy foods, in case he needs a quick boost, like honey and peanut butter.
Have you checked out the 'shells' care sheet to be sure you are offering the appropriate type of shells? What kind of shells are your crabs currently wearing? What types do you have for extras? How many of each? How different are the sizes they are currently in, and that you are offering?
