Playing Musical Shells

My crabs are so wacky.

One of my Es went underground. She has been down for about two weeks or more. No biggie, right? Well one day up pops a shell, sans Macchiato. It HAD to be her shell. I know she is naked at that point, no doubt about it. (It really concerned me until a few minutes ago, but that's not part of this post.)

The next day, I found Macadamia wearing said shell. The day after that, Pebbles is wearing the shell Macadamia left. (I made sure the remaining shell, whichever that happened to be **sigh**, was close to where Macchiato was down.) Just a few minutes ago, I see the shell Pebbles left behind walking around, and it HAS to be Macchiato wearing it. It's 2 sizes too small.

Macchiato better consider herself lucky b/c little Raindrop was checking out that shell this morning. Raindrop's current shell would be about 3-4 sizes too small for Macchiato.

Keeping track of who is wearing which shell is making me.

(I'm sure I have you doing the same trying to explain this.)

Yep.... I'm a little [smilie=crazy.gif] after all my babies' changes. They all are wearing each others old shells and I have no idea who a couple of them are anymore [smilie=crybaby.gif] I feel like a bad mommie. Shoot, I'm missing 2 altogether, but I think they have dug under. **cry** It's like one night they all decide to go shopping and try on the same discarded dress. It boggles my mind.

One of my PPs, Kenny, cannot keep the same clothes on for more than a day. I swear, he is worse than a woman. He actually hangs out by the shell basket. Every day, sometimes twice a day, Kenny has new clothes.
He drives me nuts!

That is TOO funny! Mine are not that bad... But some nights I wonder with all the rustling and clanging. When I first got Darling, she kept trying to get her fat heinny in too small of a shell. Finally, her senses came to her (or discomfort made itself known) and she chose a shell 3 sizes larger and one that fit perfectly. [smilie=laugh.gif]

my micro e;s having been swapping shells a lot latley!!! same with my new medium pp!!! they r so hard to keep track of who is who it is driving me [smilie=crazy.gif] nuts
