Hiding crabs

I wouldn't worry too much. For some reason my straw, 4 pp's and 2 E's disappeared about a week ago leaving only 2 E's left to fend the crabitat.

On another note, I bought this awesome second level shower caddy that was perfect for my second level so I added my larger shells and moss to it. I keep my smaller shells on the surface in a plastic cover . I lifted up the cover to find a few crabs on there back just hanging out. They started moving when I disturbed them so I put the cover back over them.....After doing this for a year now, I've come to realize that each crab is different and has a mind of their own....my comment is to just be patient. You'll see them again. worst case scenario, after a month or so.
