Recently had one of my larger medium sized crabs molt come up and swap to a bigger shell. Actually the largest shell I own. Just before he came up my largest crab decided to go under too. Now he is up as well. The re-shelled crab appears to have grown and is now the biggest. It seems as though this crab is now trying to prove himself to the other crab. Every time I check on them the biggest crab as the other one pinned upside down. The other crab retreats into his shell and just stays there. The bigger crab will actually seek the other one out just to pin him.
Anything I need to worry about here?

It sounds like it could be a shell fight. You can try iso-ing the aggressor with a few spare shells to choose from.
Each time you see him being aggressive, put him on the other side of the tank. If he still goes after the other crab, iso him for a few min (like a time out). Other members have posted having great success with this method.
Since you have a few that have come up from a molt, it may be a good idea to bath all the crabs so that they smell the same. That may help the solve the aggression.
