How can this be comfortable

Crabcakes has been in this position ALL day.

That black net like stuff is plastic and it goes across the whole back of my tank. He loves to climb on it.
So right now he is on the other side of it, between the net and the glass, and the black right behind him is the UTH.
You can see he's just holding on with his pincher.....and sleeping I guess.....must like the heat.

Doesn't look comfortable to me. LOL

Looks comfy to me ;) Since they have a deathgrip, that'd be a safe, warm place to hunke down for a nap :) Mine do it on the lid

It just amazes me....sometimes I catch him sitting right on top of the plastic net stuff, balancing on the top......just a little hold with his pincher....they are so amusing.

Oh no....he was not wedged. There was so much slack in the netting, and he eventually came down. He just really loves climbing that stuff.

Where ever did you find that plastic netting? I love it!!!! What are you using to hold it up? I would love to have something like that one the back of my tank. Seems like it would be more sturdy than the regular net I was going to get at Hobby Lobby. The holes in it are way to big and it's got so much give to it I'd rather use it for other stuff, not main climbing toy.

It's actually made to put in your eavestroughs. To stop leaves and stuff getting in them.
I got it at the dollar store. A huge roll for $1. Seriously huge roll.

I just cut off the length I need and stick it up with suction cups. It's probably about 6 inches wide.

The love climbing on it. It's pretty stiff so it doesn't sag
