I don't know what to look for. This is one of the original crabs from July. We haven't seen it much at all for 3 months. I hope it's not going back down like before.

Hairy legs and pointy tipped "fingernails".. Their colors, depending on the actual coloring, might also appear more vibrant. Eyes might look clear, if you can get close enough to look

I'll look but it's gotta be a molt after all that time.

Image you can see her "fingernails" pretty well in this one. Image and his hairy legs here lol. I guess she's a proper lady as she didn't look too hairy after molting. The first crab also went down brown and came back up peach. It's amazing the changes they go through.

Well, you guys were right. 3 of the 4 are up now. So only one is left and he's been down just as long so hopefully soon.

It depends on the crab. Here's a chart that not only gives a guess on how long a crab will be down, but also how often a crab may molt.
How Long Does It Take for a Crab to Molt, and How Often Will They?

The time it takes for a crab to molt and how often depends on the size, species and overall health of the crab.

THERE IS NO SET IN STONE TIME FRAME!
Any crab – regardless of size or species - can take as little as a few days to a maximum of 8 months, and possibly longer.
NEVER DIG UP YOUR CRAB!
That said, average molting times are:
Micro/Teeny - 1 week (but can stay underground for up to 4 weeks), every month
Small - 2-3 weeks, every 1 to 3 months
Medium - 3 to 6 weeks, every 2 to 5 months
Large - 4 to 8 weeks, every 4 to 10 months
Extra Large - 6 weeks to 8 weeks, every 10 to 12 months
Jumbo - 8 weeks to 16 weeks, every 12 to 24 months
