E behaviors

I have only had pp's for 5 years. I have never owned exotics. I ordered 2 small equadorians from LHC. I know that they are more active that pp's. I heard they can dig up molters too. Can someone explain their behaviors? Is there something I'm not aware about?

They need very deep substrate and I don't recommend a tank smaller than a 55 since they are so active. They need deep salt water pools and can be very aggressive. I have 4 and have never had any problems with aggression but it is extremely common. They are more likely to cannibalize each other. I have a 125 gal tank so they have space to get out their extra energy.

Yep. LHC hasn't sent out orders in months and people have had to file with Paypal and their credit card companies to get their money back: viewtopic.php?f=39&t=87470&start=1455
