I'm personally terrified to handle razor blades with my hands (unless attached to something)! I've used a putty knife to get things of a tank I adopted. Might not be as smooth as a razor though.

Ugggh. .. Luis is trying to escape agaaaaaain. She's like a tiny purple Houdini. Now she's ripped up the screen I had on the lid. Gah. Bad crab.

Dusty decided to join us for the New Year last night! All three of my original guys are up now. He pigged out on burning bush leaves and banana chip. Banana chip is nowhere to be seen, and Momo decided the shell shop was a great place to climb up and take a nap. Dusty and Edd have been in a crab pile behind the cork round. I could definitely tell Dusty was back up when I came home to 3 suction cups fallen.

All three guys are up and Charles Paris looks like he's actually grown a bit during this past molt. He and Mr Pinch were the same size when I adopted them from craigslist two years ago and Mr Pinch has gone from a tiny-small to a large medium/small large but Charles Paris has not budged much past a small. He came up on New Year's Eve and definitely looks larger -- I'm so pleased!

Yay Charles Paris!! Here is a video of Mike - our only hermie who is up day and night and also LOVES the hamster wheel in the tank!! I guess he's feeling the molting urge ...
https://vimeo.com/197842354
I'm sure he will be up and down the next few days before he decides to go down for the molt. We will miss seeing a hermie during the day but a hermie's gotta do what a hermie's gotta do ;)

Kermie~ did you know if you put something in between your two bowls it will be easier to separate them when you do water changes? I put shells in between mine. Try it

Thanks GotButterflies! I actually have a few small aquarium rocks between them. They are at a bit of an angle because they just barely fit side by side along the glass wall so u can't really see too much of a gap:D

Mike does the same thing Tina does! She will tear up a plant and then just sits in it like. Nope. Not me. Another crab.

I think Uu is just living the high life. I have four crabs and three are females. When Hermione is up they are alway together since she's gone down to molt hes gotten alot closer to RoxSand hahahaha. Lil player
