I got pinched 1x by Pinchy (RIP) My other 2 come from a Kindergarten class, guess they were used to being handled because I never got the claw. When i rescued Pinchy he was fresh from the pet shop. Boy howdy did that hurt. Id say it was a 7, 8 on the pain scale. I would have NOT guessed these guys could exert so much pressure. I had my hand flat and he got hold of the skin between my thumb and forefinger. This is when you find out HOW much you love your crab. It took nearly 7 minutes ( yes, i counted) for him to let go. At one point I was sitting in the kitchen, crab in my left hand, phone in my right Googling " how to make crab let go". Eventually he did. I was sad when he passed. I'll never forget Pinchy.
