The one on the left is ripping into popcorn. And the guy on the right is munching on a grape.

Wow. Talk about being mischievous. I had put some peanut butter in a contact lens holder (I use it for their treats sometimes) on their 2nd level shelf. The crab dragged it all the way to the other side and dropped it off the shelf. I am so glad it didn't land in the pool. I just cleaned them the other day. But...what was he thinking?? :hlol:

So cute

Rocky is so cute going into the pool this way. And I think he's afraid of the bubbler.

I feel so bad for my new guy, Heathcliff. He changed out of his painted shell within minutes of being put in the tank. But chose a murex. There were a couple of other shells but he stayed in the murex. I think if I had left the painted shell he would have changed back. I think he was having some difficulty fitting throigh things. I put in some new shells today so this evening he came out of hiding and proceeded to check them out. He spent about 15 minutes checking one shell, finally switched then switched back to the murex. A little later he checked them out again, switched into a different one, then right back into the murex. :?:

Mine never seemed to like murexes. Much too big and bulky. I guess Heathcliff doesn’t mind, or at least thinks it’s better than the painted!

Here's Sebastian trying to take a peek over the side of the pool. Looks like me trying to get off the couch. Lol. Well, not that bad.

Discovered the moss pit

Post by Hermiesguardian » Sun Jul 22, 2018 11:33 pm

Rocky, one of the new ones, discovered the moss pit. I'm so happy. And I think at least 2 of the others have buried.

Mine only bury their shells. But a food dish? Were they saving it for later? Lol
