Chirping?

Post by megmaholm » Thu Nov 06, 2014 1:15 pm

For the past few days, I'm hearing a LOT of chirping from the tank. I have 6-7 crabs up, and every time I hear the chirping I go over to investigate. So far, whenever I look, none of my crabs are within 6" of each other so I don't think it's angry chirping. Would I be able to hear if they're doing it underground? I'm paranoid that I have a serial killer crab seeking and destroying. Should I worry or just assume it's just them being their normal selves? They're all PPs, so I'm honestly surprised they're this vocal. The chirping only lasts a few seconds when they do it.
Crabbing since July 2014! 75 gallon with 12 Purple Pinchers.
