My biggest crab Eugene is normally really active at night and hides out in his little cave during the day. Recently he's been hanging out of this little rock I have in my crabitat for my smaller crabs. He's been doing this every day for probably a week. He's obviously too big, so his shell hangs out and he kinda hangs out in the rock. This is just weird for him and I'm not sure if something is wrong or maybe he just really likes hanging out in the rock? It's kinda worrying me!

Re: Is something wrong?
Normal. I see crabs do the same thing with bigger shells. I think they like tight spaces somewhat, to hide in.

They don't have the best spacial reasoning. They're kind of like the myth about ostriches sticking their head in the sand - they can't see you so you must not be able to see them either!
