My sons crab usually lives in his bedroom. Its very quiet and has good natural light. I brought it down to the kitchen intending to change it, but didn't have a chance right away. Its much brighter and far more active down there. It's been a few days, and he has become more active than I've ever seen him! He hasn't even been hiding.
I'm wondering if he's happier near the activity, or if he's more stressed because of the change of scenery. He's eating fine, just moving around a lot - mostly during the day. I'm pretty new at this, so any thoughts would be great.
Thanks!!
Temporarily moved my tank and my crab got VERY active?

Just wondering since you mentioned an increase of light, maybe the temperature of the tank has become warmer? Do you have a temperature gauge?
