HCA: Hermit Crab Association

So there he is asleep right on top of the coconut like he owns the place while everyone else found a cozy spot to sleep. He stayed there most of the day. I guess he just didn't feel the need hide. I envision him up there all night challenging anyone to knock him off.

How do you know when they are sleeping?

Well he does things like this regularly. Sleeping in the food dish, or hanging upside down zonked out.

He sleeps all hanging out, legs sprawled out most days.

How cute. I think it's like the two year old who falls alseep with their butts up in the air, in the middle of pile of toys with a block in their hands. That's what your King of the Hill is doing.

I was just sitting here wondering how he was holding his back end up and sleeping at the same time. They are so funny sometimes!
