Stryper is the boldest and most active so far. He finally discovered the second floor which is where the shell shop is. And moss. I find him alot in the other moss pit. But I can see how he climbed up, but I'm a little worried that the way I set it up, he can't climb down and will fall.

They climb several feet up tree trunks in the wild and fall often. The shell will protect it. Short distance drops in tanks are generally harmless.

2 of my dudes like to crawl across the screen side of the lid upside down and they fall off all the time. Some times they land in the water bowl lol

I use those leaf matts across the whole back of my tank and my crabs love them! I snagged a pile of them at the 1$ store...Aren't they great? Totally increased the vertical climbing space in my tank.

My crabs climb them most nights! I bought it at the pet store in the vic market and the love it. It's fun watching them climb the leaves as well.

My crabs also climb this house I bought for them and it's also fairly high. I had a really small crab just sleep on top of the teapot house and she always seemed to be on it

I just bought this sink mat, cut it in half, then wove through some plastic ivy vines I already had. Then put it up against the side wall with suction cups. They haven't discovered it yet.
