Crabs avoiding each other
Hi! I'm fairly new to hermit crabs (I've had them just over a year) and my two oldest just went through their first molts with me. They went fine, but around the same time I got two new crabbies because I know they're social and I'm at college now so they're not getting a lot of interaction from me. Before the molt my two older ones were basically inseparable, but now all four crabs are basically avoiding each other. They've all made homes in different places and they aren't interacting -- it's very hard for me to even catch the new ones out. I find it strange because one of the older ones, Ivy, is normally always climbing and exploring and hanging out with her brother Herbert. Is this something to be concerned about or am I overreacting?

Having two new roommates nay take some getting used to for your crabs. If they arent displaying signs of agression, I wouldn't worry.
As long as the tank is large enough & the sub deep enough to support four crabs you should be okay.
