Creepy crabs......

The first pic is a better focused image of the position I find my crabs in often. I first noticed this one crab sitting in this position, completely still for a long time. I checked back in on my tank a little later and noticed a few other crabs all sitting a tad bit extended out of their shells, completely still.
I've been watching them these last few days and the same 4 crabs are gathering together in the same location in the tank, sitting completely still.


I'm not worried about them I just think it's creepy (lol) and wonder if this behavior tells us anything.

At a guess, they’re all just comfortable not being hidden and are resting? Yeah it’s definitely kinda weird tho! I do wish I knew what they were ‘thinking’ sometimes!!
