Hermie in cave, still moving but hasn't come up to eat in almost 2 weeks???

Both of my hermies have been underground for a few weeks now. I can sort of see both caves since they are near the edges of my tank.

My new small crab went under a few days after I brought him home and moved him into my tank, and hasn't come up since then. To me I see this as normal, as I assumed he would want to molt once moved into the tank.

My bigger crab went underground again around the same time (he was digging caves all over the place) and is still moving around in his new cave, but hasn't come up for food yet for almost two weeks. Should I be concerned?

Usually no, they’ll surface if they’re hungry

They can stay under for weeks or even months. They know what they are doing, resist the urge to dig them up.

I was just unsure on just how long hermit crabs could go without eating. Thank you!
