Hermit crabs came into my care 3-4 weeks ago, suddenly became very lethargic and won’t eat. Doesn’t seem like PMS

Hello, I have 3 hermit crabs (2 small, one tiny) in a 20gal long tank with 6in of substrate (5:1 cocofiber/play sand). (Fresh and saltwater pools, both treated with zoomed and instant ocean respectively) Within the past two days they went from being very active to completely lethargic, just sitting in one spot for 24+ hours. They used to come to the food bowl and eat every night, but I have been closely monitoring the past few days and they haven’t even touched any of their food once. Not even a speck of sand on the bowl.
The only changes I’ve made recently were to improve their tank (installed an ultratherm behind the tank, added climbing toys (mopani wood) and an artificial plant. No other changes have been made. Two of them have very sharp black spikes on the end of their legs, which to my knowledge indicates a recent molt. No other signs that they are about to molt. No mites.
Temp has been a constant 80° and humidity fluctuates between 75-82%. Please help or give advice!!!
