The dissapearing teenies...

Post by Tremors » Tue Oct 24, 2006 10:42 pm

Today I realized that Columbia, one of my teenies, was up walking around. I also realized that I hadn't seen him for a long time. So I picked him up, and he had no sharp toenails or any other sign that he'd molted. :? My other teenies do this to me too. I almost never see them! They are so cute though, when I do see them. :)

Another funny thing is that I just put a bubbler thing in my tank, and of course it makes some noise. And only a few minutes after I'd put it in, I noticed Petra and Cookie sitting there staring at it. I told my mom and she said that they probably thought there was an alien invasion.

:smilebox: They are little buggers, aren't they?? Peach is alone & making holes & coming out, but only when I'm not looking. I've been putting towels over the tank to keep it a bit warmer at night. I do occasionally hear her scratching in there, but haven't seen her for about a week. :| She could be molting, I suppose as she just got adopted & she's got quite a bit of damage to heal: missing leg tips & LP w/arm. Hopefully all goes well. :( I really am worried about her & I miss her. I can't wait to get to know her personality. She's soooo little! I also can't wait to move her into the bigger home w/friends to play with. Didn't want to put her in there w/all the problems. Better safe than sorry.

:sign5: Maybe they were looking for the bathroom. The sound of running water always does that to me!

I think all my teenies actually like the new bubbler, because ever since I put it in I've seen each of the teenies at least once.

And well I hope that my crabs don't all have to use the bathroom, because it seems like they've all been in my water dish and who knows what they're doing in there. :?

LOL! :)
