Crabbie enjoying the fogger

Post by SoulLonely » Thu Aug 16, 2012 5:24 pm

So this morning I turned on my fogger, than jumped in the shower. When I came out, I turned on the hermie light and was going to turn off the fogger when I saw this :) A hermie was sitting straight under it, just enjoying it :P The the crab you see behind had tried to climb on the other crab and when that didn't work, the crab was in this position and was pushing on the tube :) It was real cute!

One of my hermits was obsessed with the fogger. It broke, so I need to save up for a new one. When I first put it in, they were hiding in the log and watching with LOTS of curiosity, when it turned on they couldn't take it anymore and came running out of the log. Friendlyfeat likes to sit right under the fog.

OMG that is just way too cute!!!! Makes me rethink the whole fogger debate in my house (well mind lol) My crabbies run out when I mist and sit under a dripping vine at times. Now when they run out I just give them each their own little rain fall before they scurry off to the vines.

I'm not sure if it comes out cold or not. I know my room is mid/upper 70's right now, so to give you an idea of the starting temp. I have been noticing over crabs doing this as well. I think they must have all of a sudden relieved where it was coming from, or it could be the newest set-up since they can climb right under it :)

that's kool to hear some others have hermies that do this, too :)

Mine love my fogger as well. It seems they all come out when it's on.

I have mine on a timer. I seem to find it keeps humidity more stable that way.
