Most of the stuff is easy!
Water is easy, bulkheads and some pumps and you're good to go. (free, drill the tank and build a built in pool, setup tank so "X" amount of a water is changed each day. Use a similar system to the fish keepers)
Temp and humidity can easily be done, all your need is a thermostat to kick in and maybe a "humidistat" - according to google.... (probs set you back around $50 or less, depending on quality)
Lighting is also easy, timers. (Like below $10 each)
The only thing that can't be automated is the food, so no.... I don't think anyone has made a fully automatic crabitat... Close to; yes, but not FULLY automated.
