Dangerous pet stores !

I've joined HCU for the purpose of asking help from everyone; take action to save countless crabbies !! I have 5, 1 from Petsmart, 4 from Petco, starting 3 yrs ago. My problem is that NEVER have ANY of the reptile "specialists" known ANY facts about temperatures, treats, shells, etc., but especially molting ! I have asked them, most never even heard of moltng ! So I, myself, literally taught them. I've later called the store managers who also had no idea ! PLS HELP BY COMPLAINING TO DISTRICT MANAGERS TO ENFORCE PROPER TRAINING. They are GETTING AWAY WITH MURDER, ESPECIALLY THESE LARGE, 'CREDIBLE' PET STORE CHAINS !! IT IS JUST IN- EXCUSABLE !! Do what I've done, just walk in and ask anyone about Hermit Crab care, chances are that they are OBLIVIOUS. As far as I'm concerned they have NO business selling pets that they know almost nothing about, it's inevitably just a death sentence. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR READING AND CARING. ❤

Believe me, we all already know... And not all major retails are bad, some have close to amazing setups. Generalizing all stores is a bit harsh tbh.
