Are palo verde branches safe to be used as decor?

Post by loveFoof » Tue Apr 12, 2022 1:45 pm

Hi! Does anyone know whether Palo Verde branches are safe to use as decor? I found a huge branch yesterday and would love to use it in my tank if it is safe.

I've never seen anyone mention it before. A cursory search shows it's both non-toxic to many animals and has a healthy amount of insect pests that like it. Using it would be an experiment, but I think it looks to be safe. Joe or JJ may have more insight.
