ruggies???
i think i have 2 ruggies in my hermit crab tank do they need different environments than purple pinchers?
Re: ruggies???
I would recommend checking up the rug care sheet! It's in the basic care sheet tab here at HCA! I would also recommend looking at the basic care sheet for all species, it has a species identification sheet (it's a photo link) that you may find helpful! Can you post photos of them so we can help you ID their species? You can upload photos using Tapatalk it's an app commonly used here at HCA!Hermitcrabzzz wrote: ↑Tue Aug 15, 2023 9:15 ami think i have 2 ruggies in my hermit crab tank do they need different environments than purple pinchers?
I have 5 PPs in a 40 gallon breeder!

Re: ruggies???
Mine is a lot more active than my PPs, so they'll use any additional space and climbing items you can provide. She's also super picky about shells and has refused to change for the past 6 years, even though I've offered her a 100+ options over the years, so try to tempt with a solid shell in good shape now, because my girl doesn't care one bit that she has worn holes in her bloomers! Diet wise she's probably more into fruits than anything else (major sweet tooth) but has been slowly eating a hole in her corkbark over the years.

Aww, what a cutie! What's this speedy, explorer, with a sweet touch, and mission to eat a whole in her corkbark's name?wodesorel wrote: ↑Tue Aug 15, 2023 4:39 pmMine is a lot more active than my PPs, so they'll use any additional space and climbing items you can provide.
