Different Crabs

What are some different crabs, other then the ones we are familiar with? are they for sale? or rare?

Such as species of hermit crabs, or fiddler crabs that you can buy at stores?
I am the proud owner around 30 crabbies consisting of PPs, rugs, Es, Cavs,and indos.
Also the owner of 0.4.0 Eastern Box turtles, 0.0.1 Stinkpot turtle, 3 dogs & several goldfish

there are a varity of different marine crabs you can buy for your fish tank, dont think there is much past hermit crabs that you can have in a terrarium

if you mean hermit crab species

PP's(common)
E's(somewhat common)
Rug's(semi rare)
Straw's(rare in certain parts)
Indo's(semi rare)
CC's(found only in australia)
Cav's(semi rare)

There are about 15 species of land hermit crabs if I remember right... 6 are available in the US, while the CC's are in Aus. as Metroballah stated.

I know two more species are in Japan and the neighboring islands (C.purpreus and C.violascens).
