Any honey that is raw honey will work, if you live in the West coast US, many Fred Meyer grocery stores carry it in their health food section, the most important part is that it states that it's raw, or unprocessed, not filtered, and/or make sure it hasn't been pasturized in some states you have to go to actually health food stores because of the health risks associated with giving children under the age of 2 years old raw honey.
Also, I have found that when I make eggs in the morning I always had the habit of placing the empty shells back into the egg carton, I am also a proud mom of 2 Leopard Geckos in reading their care, it was suggested that I grind empty egg shells after they have dried and put the powder in a small dish, they will eat it when they feel they need the extra calcium and /or protein (egg liners the part of the egg between the embryo and the shell is extremely high in protein and other nutrients it is the most nutritious part of the egg).
I decided to offer a small dish of it to my Crabbies, and they love this stuff, infact I now am purposely making a quiche or two throughout the week for the shells.

Re: Pinched pincher
I have one that came up from a molt with a pinched pincher. He was still able to eat fine. He still had function of it, it was just kind of crushed looking and miss shaped.I seen him one time pin down apple chunks with the smashed claw and use his small one to tear and bring to his mouth. About a month later he molted and came back up just fine and looks better than ever. Hope your crab turns out fine.
