Help Creating a Purple Pincer Care Sheet!

Housing/Crabitat: 30 gal aquarium

PP preferred Tank Temp: between 70 and 80, will try to keep at lower end.

PP preferred Tank Humidity: 80%, but difficult to keep this way living in
desert

PP preferred Substrate: 1.5" moist playsand with .5" calci-sand (mine glows in the dark, crabs freak on it, always playing with it at night-digging,
and kicking it up at each other.

Diet-Mine don't like Hartz hermit crab food or crab cakes, they do like FMR
hermit food, they like this canned stuff available at Petsmart, trail mix
fruit, Capn Crunch regular, and with Crunch berries, fruit loops, dried shrimp, and occasional well done chopped up hot dog.

Shells: Currently they like non-painted turbos.

Molting: Seems like more energetic after molt. They don't like to be kept
in isolation longer than a few days after exo is eaten. I do keep them in
longer so that current exo is darker than that sickly pink. Don't want to make newly molted into crab bait.
