Injured E

I have an E who may have surfaced from a molt without her shell (naked) and I do not think she was hardened all the way yet. I separated her and she picked out a shell. Now the thing is, today I noticed some black on her big pincher and am a little worried because I had a PP (who was my favorite) whom I found naked and later I found some black on his big pincher too and he didn't make it (this was back in February). Any ideas what this could be?

I found my answer in some notes I took awhile ago but I am still going to post it here in case someone else encounters this. Looks like I had a PP with black on the claw before but this PP(Virgo) wasn't naked but she was attacked, so I am guessing the black is a wound. Virgo recovered from her attack and molted it off. The E in my post above looks like she won't be as lucky as I have caught her out of her shell several times and I believe she was attacked in the middle of her molting process which must have been very stressful. I am keeping an eye on her but things aren't looking too well.

I hope so too but she still won't stay long in her shell. I did wash out her shell in case it has anything irritating. She just seems too weak. Anytime her shell gets "stuck" she prefers to just leave it.

If her claw is injured, smear honey on it. It helps wounds heal. Since she's also weak, feed her high energy foods like honey and sweet fruits, and also be sure to be giving her lots of protein and calcium. Is she in iso? If she is, I would remove anything she could be getting her shell stuck in other than a hide, food dish(s), and the water dishes. Hopefully that will help keep her in a shell :c Poor little thing! I hope she recovers!

I did remove anything from her iso as suggested but kept food and took her to drink or bathe every once in awhile but she didn't make it
