air plants

Post by 4x4bre » Thu Dec 18, 2014 12:33 am

Ok so I've heard of air plants in tanks but not sure what kind of plants you could put in there. I don't have the greenest thumb. Can barely keep my cactus alive. What are some good ideas for a 10g tank?

While live plants look AMAZING... your crabs will destroy ANYTHING you put in there. There are some very realistic and cheap fake plants out there that you can use. I buy all my fake plants at the Dollar Tree. A dollar a piece can't be beat. When they get dirty you can rinse them let them dry and put them back in. When they start to look ratty, they are easy enough to replace. :) I keep a hand full of extras on hand so I can replace plants and vines when needed. :) Here are a couple of pics of my tanks. :)
