I haven't seen Sheldon since February 22, what should I do?

Nothing. Crabs can molt for 4 months. Just keep the food and water fresh in case Sheldon needs some refreshments.

Wow I didn't expect someone to respond so quickly.

I haven't seen any digging, can hermit crabs dig and leave no evidence

Yes they can. As they dig they can backfill their tunnels. They are like little miniature ninja gophers.

Sheldon is a ninja, he can move from one side of the enclosure to the other
in less than 30secs without me seeing him. :shock:

My crab Chip went down to molt in feb. 1st and he isnt up yet.
Choco went down in Feb. 9. and he is still not up.

Give them time. I've noticed that especially in the winter they tend to stay down longer. Even little ones can stay down 2 months or more.
