plastic plants

are there any plastic plants that are to be avoided? i am moving my crabs into a new tank tomorrow, and am redecorating. i have a few old plants from my betta fish tank which im considering using, but dont want to kill my crabs

I have plastic aquarium plants in my crabitat. If they're just regular plastic made for fish tanks, I don't see why they wouldn't be crab-safe. As long as they're fish-safe.

As long as they don't have things like glitter or added fragrance, they're fine. Old used aquarium plants I think I'd give a good soak in diluted white vinegar first. New plants I just wash well in hot water.

I used the fabric or silk style, just in case the chemicals in plastic bothers them.
