Info

Post by JDL_1104 » Wed Aug 24, 2016 6:23 pm

Could someone direct me to articles/info about hermit crabs please? I have read, I believe, every single file on here (which are awesome!). I'm ready for more. I'd like to learn more about the PP species (what I have currently)/native area conditions, etc. I've been reading some older threads & the information some of you know is truly amazing!

Anywho, any sources would be appreciated! Thank you [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]

Your best bet is just to Google "hermit crab" and whatever topic you're interested in, i.e., "hermit crab" + "mating" or "native habitat", etc. There's a lot of nonsense out there but most of it is easy to spot and skip right over.

YouTube has quite a number of interesting videos in the National Geographic vein, like this one on a marathon shell-swap: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsIszzDRWI8
PPs are Big Enzo, Charles Paris and Mr Pinch
On the Big Beach in the Sky: Murray, Gino, Oscar, Gordon, Ignatz, Harry and King Felix the Pale
Also Mom to Imogene the Syrian Hamster

I noticed a lot of misinformation. It was/is kind of exhausting to comb through. Thank you for the ideas :)
