Traveling for 1-2 weeks with no one to care for hermies?

Is your only issue humidity? What does it currently reside at? Can you install "bubblers" (air stones hooked up via airline tubing to an air pump) in their pools? That will help you tremendously. It would be about $15 to install. Do you have glass lids?

I have a lid with wire but i have it covered with duct tape. Recently the humidity gauge i had fell in the sand and broke Is there a tutorial for that or something that i could find somewhere?

I use Press n Seal under my mesh lid. I just stretch it tight across my tank like I'm covering a bowl. Then I sit my lid on top. I usually use something small to poke a hole for my bubblers if I still need them. Duck tape only worked for a few months until it started to give up...
