Is this C. compressus?

I just confuse with these photos, it like a C. compressus, but the eye is no in black colour. Their eye have a little bit brown colour.

Eye of C. compressu should be in black colour?

yes its an E and no not always black I have ones w/ even red eyes.......so they do vary- he has 2 harsh marks on his shield and the shells they are sporting are also other clues you can look for- definately an E :D

Hey there TC!

Yep its a cute lil Tank-trasher (AKA Ecuadorian). I have E's with black eyes and brown. The pupils of the brown-eyed E's are visible..reminds me of Praying Mantis eyes. And like HERMES mentioned they seem to prefer Nerites, Bablyonias, and a couple others with "D" openings.
