I couldn't find anything in search for this. I have seen ppl use a smaller tank on top of the larger one for more crawl space...how is this done? I can usually figure it out but this one has me stumped! Do you just turn it upside down? Or do you somehow cut out the bottom glass part?

Re: How to attach a smaller tank to a larger tank for crawli
There are multiple ways to do it but as far as I know most turn a tank upside down, and use a configuration of velcro as well as custom cut acrylic lid. That's how I would do it at least. There is a picture of @hermitcrabdc 's tat, I'll include the link below- and they use a 5 gallon topper on their tote tank that seems to work well. I've considered a tank topper before, I'm just not positive I want to deal with the hassle of removing it for maintenance. viewtopic.php?f=26&t=112076
