great news on new hermit crab

I don't think I posted about this

but...

I had gotton a hermit crab from Petsmart, a jumbo PP, and it grabbed hold of my hand and pinched for 15 minutes.

Anyway, it's been buried for about a month, maybe a little over, and I just saw it come up. It seems alot more relaxed, so hopefully it won't pinch every chance it gets.

I don't know the gender and it doesn't have a name.

So yes... it looks like he/she's going to survive PPS!

Yeah, the conditions were terrible. Very low humidity, no lid, very very shallow substrate, no water, no food, etc. etc.

I hate that petstore.

yaaay!!! oh man, jumbo pinches hurt a lot.....even for a second, let alone 15 mins!! i prolly would have cried

one of my large pp's got hold of the part of your hand in between the thumb and pointer finger. it huuuurt so bad!

Yeagh for nameless! Now you'll have to give him a name. If I got pinched in the petstore, that pinchy crab would be comming home with me too.
