So I went to Petco today...

I went in with the intention of purchasing some tubing and a T-valve for my humidifier...I couldn't resist looking at the crabs while I was there..there is a lady who works there that really takes good care of them (only exception is crummy diet, store foods only)..and I ended up buying two medium what I think are PP's one might be a cav (I'm not good at figuring out species...even with all the help charts and whatnot) They have at least 10 really big guys too, like tennis ball size. They were PRETTY but I am kind of scared to put a bigger guy into my tank..anyway, I've two newbies...YAY...ps...don't tell my guy I bought more crabs..

Congrats but ya know we need pics! Plus if you got a Cav @ Petco then I gotta keep my eye out--I want more

Ya... I agree with Herm-EZ. We need pics.

Congrats on the find! The PetCo near me doesn't get a whole lot of crabs in and their tanks are pretty empty (but taken care of right). They carry mostly E's and some PPs. Never seen a Ruggie or a Cav there. I've got my eye out for a Cav somewhere.

awww, new babies! The nearest Petco to where I am this summer (home) is 1.5 hours aways, all we have is Petsmarts with crappy care. But when I am at school there is one near me. Posts some pics and I'll see if I can help you out identifying your unknowns.
