woo hoo 2 for one sale!

So.....okay. Bump has been my only crab living a surface life for quite a while. I am afraid my other two may be dead, but I am not ready to dig them up yet and find out. I am going to give them another month in case they are just molting.

But in the mean time......Earthbound Trading Co. is having a buy one get one free crab sale...so I bought two new crablets, and got two free. They are ISO'd right now and I will be observing them for fitting names. I will let you know when I name them.

Well, placing the new crabs in the tank caused Percy to immediately resurface!!! I am so so so glad he is not dead (he is my favorite crab)!

However, I got a new tank and in the deep clean, I found that Sir Diggory is no longer with me. His shell was totally empty, except a pincher. No body found, I suppose the others ate him, or the ee decomposed him. I never smelled the death smell, so I do not know when it happened.

So I now have 6 crablets to care for.

Congrats on the newbies. I'm glad your fav was okay. I'm sorry you lost one. The last time I did a deep clean I found two empty shells, one of them was a fav of mine too.
