Dead??? NOt dead?? Sick?? HELP!!

Ok, so one of my hermit crabs, sherlie, hasn't moved in almost a week. But she doesn't smell. Is she dead? Is there anything I can do if shes sick?? HOw can I find out if she is dead?? IN another problem, my another one of my hermit crabs, Hermie, has been under the sand for almost 2 months!!!!! He doesn't smell, so hes not dead, i don't think.... also I need to do a deep clean really bad! But I can't!! Whats going on???? HELP!!!!!!!

I'm not sure. Maybe she just moves around at night, since hermit crabs are nocturnal.
