I Am going to make a food dish for my crabbies since I have a lot of extra sea shells. What is safe for me to use to glue it together?

Hot glue, which doesn't hold up as well in high humidity. Aquarium silicone is also safe :)

Aquarium grade silicone is really the only hermitcrab safe adhesive, hot melt adhesives or hot glues in the urban parliament are generally considered to be non-toxic but don't hold up well under the high heat and humidity of our enclosures like hermitcrabdc stated.

There are differing grades of hot melt adhesives some of which use non hermit crab safe fillers but the versions most commonly found in the arts and crafts isles are low grade inexpensive variants which typically use safer fillers.
