Sand is best purchased at your local hardware store. Anyplace that sells concrete mixes will have it. At 50 pounds, it costs $30 or more to mail!
Cocofiber can be purchased at any pet store. If you need to get it online, the shipping will be more than what it actually costs. The only time I get it, is as an addon to another order for free shipping, like at Amazon or Drs. Foster and Smith's.

I would say for the coco fibre, you can buy it also at the hardware store in solid bricks that expand (designed as a growing matter for plants), but *make sure* to get the type that is organic with no added fertilisers/pesticides etc. this is what I use: http://www.bunnings.com.au/brunnings-90 ... k_p2960146
